You can pick up your parcel by yourself at our representative shop (Paasiku Street 2a, Tallinn) from 9am to 4pm on Monday to Friday free of charge.

DPD, OMNIVA PARCEL TERMINAL

Delivery within Estonia – 2.80 EUR ( more than 35 EUR is free of charge)

Delivery within Lithuania, Latvia - 5 EUR ( more than 50 EUR is free of charge)

Delivery within the EU - 7 EUR ( more than 70 EUR is free of charge)

Your parcel will be delivered within an average of 3-5 working days from receipt of your order confirmation at your e-mail address. The recipient will be notified via SMS and e-mail about the delivered parcel and its location.

Please order delivery of parcels to a DPD parcel terminal, as it is the only way how you will get the parcel at fastest and will be able to pick it up at any time convenient for you.

DELIVERY BY DPD, OMNIVA COURIER

Delivery within Estonia – 5 EUR ( more than 70€ is free of charge)

Delivery within the EU - 10 EUR ( more than 120€ is free of charge)

Ordered goods are delivered by courier to the address specified by the customer within an average of 3-5 days after receipt of an order confirmation by the customer via e-mail. In the case of delivery by courier, the customer will receive a phone call in advance and agree upon a suitable delivery time with a courier.

Delivery within Estonia usually takes 3 to 5 working days. Delivery within the EU usually takes 3 to 7 days. Delivery outside the EU can take up to 2 weeks. Sometimes delivery of a certain product can take up to 2 weeks; the customer shall be definitely notified by e-mail about it.
